Game (and game-like) interfaces

This is a stub that will be fleshed out in more detail later.
Game controllers have several (2 or 4, usually) softkeys. Their lack of proximity is made up for by habituation, etc.
Labeled "permanent function" keys like "fire" act like "ok" buttons, and are actually somewhat variable function keys as well.
