Flying Icon Menu

The Flying Icon menu is becoming increasingly prevalent, as it is used in every touch device. Whenever the main icon or menu is touched/seleted, the Flying Icon menu will open. The icons "fly" in the sense that scrolling is done by finger touches, and the rotating icons need user response to select the desired option.
